What's included

Each room comes with a set of linen, which includes sheets, blanket, bedspread, and towels. Room has access to a clean modern kitchen with appliances, including a microwave oven. The stove is gas. There are dishes, pots and pans, and flatware. Laundry (coin operated) facilities available.  Utilities - (gas, electric, water, garbage) is in addition to the rent - see rates. 

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one or two other rooms.

Parking: Parking on the street is very easy but there can be tickets from street cleaning if you forget to move your car. Some limited off-street (paid) parking may be available. 

Wifi: Available.

Cleaning service: Residents wash their own linen and clean up after their use of the kitchen and bathroom

Meals: This is not a hotel or a boardhouse and meals are not offered. All rooms share a kitchen with dishes and cookware. There are several cafes nearby with out meals available.
