What to Expect When
Contacting Cozyrooms
Screening begins
with the first contact. We ask a lot of questions about who
you are, why you need a short-term place and what your plan
is.
Use the Query Form to let us know about
you and your need for Cozyrooms.
When the
completed query is received, we will then reply. If you don't
hear back your message may have gotten lost in spam - so best
to retransmit. MAKE SURE to put "Short-Term Apartment"or
something similar in the subject line so that
we will find your message.
If you get the
voice mail when calling, leave a summary of your query and
your phone number. Say your phone number slowly -
repeating it twice is best. The landline rolls to a cell where
messages can easily be missed. SO try again and ALWAYS say,
right away, that you are calling for FURNISHED unit. When
reaching Cozyrooms, repeat your query as we won't remember you
just from your name, sorry.
Jocking folks to
into scheduled reservations is difficult and doesn't work for
us. The apartments are "as
available" - meaning we either have an apartment when
you need it or we don't. We don't hold apartments. Plus we want to meet you in person before making a
commitment — taking people
blindly from the internet is risky. We must be very
selective in consideration of others living here — just as in
renting long-term.
There
is
no
"drop-in"
viewing.
You
must
make
an
appointment
for a specific time. We make appointment for the same
day as when you call. Generally we show when you are actually
ready to rent and not in advance. REMEMBER, we don't take
reservations.
We do not deal with 3rd parties
Dealing
with
3rd
party
doesn't
work
for us. First, we're not able to met you and screen you, which
we require. Second, we don't take reservations—the
apartments are "as available".
