Guests:
- You can have a
guest visit, come to dinner, and "hang out" - but
you must be with your guest. Guests are not
permitted to come and go independently.
- Overnight
guests
are not permitted. Only
persons listed on the Rental Agreement may sleep in
the apartment. In some cases an "authorized" or
permitted guest can be permitted for a small fee for
a short time. There is a nightly fee for any
unauthorized over-night guests.

expected to keep the area around the entry to the
apartment neat and inviting looking, clear of any

Quiet:
- Residents are
expected to be
considerate of other
residents in the building, including being
especially quiet when people are sleeping. Official
quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. There are no

welcome.

Coffee House down the street.
