Typical Resident of Casa Bella Apartments
Local
long-term
folks moving from one place to another. Local
folks needing a
place between long-terms apartments are not a good
fit
because they have too much stuff and
furniture—which cannot be brought
into the fully furnished apartments - with all
dishes, pots
& pans, linen and so forth.
People with pets. We love pets but they can be a problem in furnished units and there's no pet-friendly yard. And it is difficult to rent after a pet because so many people are allergic.
People with out-of-town visitors coming to stay "a few days". Except for pre-approved persons, overnight guests are not permitted. Overnight guests can rent a motel room nearby. This is not a "crash pad" or hang-out environment.
People who are noisy. Playing music loudly, "partying" with several friends, and so forth intrudes upon others. Quietness and consideration is very important here.
People who work out of their living space. Running a business on the premises is not permitted. Working at your computer on papers and dissertations is, of course, fine. But any work activity that brings in "customers" or "clients" is not workable here.
People engaged in any sort of illegal activity, whatsoever. The reasons for this are obvious.
People using illicit drugs or who drink excessively, i.e., to any degree that it is problematic in any manner.
People who wish to move in their own furniture. Apartments are furnished, we are not moving furniture into storage.
People with a lot of stuff. There is no storage available on the premises and residents are not permitted to keep items in the common areas. There is a storage facility where lockers can be rented two blocks from the building.
